We started Kolynasn in 2024 around one idea: if you're going to spend money on marketing, you should have a good sense of what it will do before it leaves your account. So we built a team of AI agents that gets to know how your business actually works, and helps you make the call with something solid to stand on.

    Founder & Chief Executive

    Joseph spent a decade running growth teams before starting Kolynasn in 2024. He got tired of watching good marketers make big calls on gut feel, and set out to give them something better to go on.

  • Eleanor Hayes

    Chief Technology Officer

    Eleanor leads the engineering and applied research teams behind the Kolynasn workforce. Previously, she built large-scale forecasting systems for retail and fintech.

    Head of AI Research

    Marcus designs the agent architecture that powers Kolynasn — reasoning, memory, and the way our six agents learn from every conversation.

    Head of Customer Strategy

    Sophie partners with each customer to make sure Kolynasn learns their constraints, brand, and priorities — and turns them into measurable outcomes.

    Daniel shapes the Kolynasn experience end-to-end, from the first conversation a customer has with an agent to the dashboards their board sees.
